Chef Konstantinos Bourantas takes you into a journey with European flavours whilst using Cycladic Greek ingredients. His professional journey started with an education at the Swiss Alpine cooking school, followed by working experiences in Paris, London, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands until creating his own restaurant “Avant Garden”.
