Cooking is a passion, a road to the next level. For the past 22 years, cooking has been a constant part of Konstantinos Bourantas’ lifestyle. A gastronomic journey in elegant luxurious 5-star hotels and acknowledged restaurants in Santorini & Mykonos, enriched with gastronomical tours and stages in Michelin starred restaurants in Paris, London and Austria. Five years of his career were devoted in some of Belgium’s starred finest restaurants.

Exchanging in 2017 the vibrant capital of Europe, Brussels for the enchanting island of Syros where the elements sun, sea, simplicity are a vital role in his daily life.
